Louis A. Green Credit & Pricing Policy: Louis A. Green Corp. is a wholesale industrial distributor.  We prefer to set up Net 30 accounts for regular commercial customers after a credit check. We accept checks or money orders. Shipping is F.O.B. North Adams, Ma. Mass residents - add 5% sales tax. To establish a commercial account, you may either:      - Download our Credit Application form (.pdf) and return it by fax or mail; or     - Fill out our on-line Credit Application form. You may also submit your own company information form as a credit application if it includes appropriate references. Initial credit clearance normally takes three to five business days. Until terms are established, we can ship orders COD, company check accepted. Louis A Green Corp. (the Seller) makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, except that the goods sold by Seller shall be of the Seller's standard industrial quality. Buyer assumes all risk and liability resulting from the use of the goods, whether used singly or in combination with other goods. In the event that a Buyer believes that goods sold by Seller do not meet the Sellers standard quality, the sole and exclusive remedy of the Buyer shall be replacement of the goods. Seller shall have no liability for consequential or incidental damages under any and all circumstances.  All items sold by Seller and claimed to be defective must be returned to Seller's place of business at Buyer's expense. If Seller determines that the goods are, in fact, defective, the goods will be replaced. Seller's acceptance of any items shipped to Seller shall not be deemed an admission the items so shipped are defective. If Seller finds any items returned are not defective, such items will be reshipped to Buyer at Buyer's expense. SELLER MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS SUPPLIED BY SELLER, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
