Over our history, we have done business with over four thousand customers. Larger, industrial customers purchase webbing in mill-run quantities while many smaller companies buy webbing, hardware, and manufactured items in distributor quantities.  

We operate an efficient, expandable warehouse and production facility in North Adams, Massachusetts. All inventory is computer tracked. Warehouse information is networked directly into our corporate and sales office located in Braintree, Massachusetts.

We are experienced in all aspects of importing by ocean freight and by air freight. We ship orders daily via motor freight (LTL services on several truck lines) and package services (UPS, FedEx Ground) and can provide efficient distribution throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico..  

MARKETING ACTIVITIES: We use a full range of marketing and sales activities to maximize customer contact opportunities: trade show presentations at numerous national industry-specific trade events; trade advertising, publicity; effective use of trade listings and involvement in professional organizations; internet listings with effective search placements; telemarketing including an 800 number for incoming inquiries and orders; plus email broadcasting.
